Publishing Policy

We maintain a transparent publishing process with the following steps:

Step	Description
1	Log into Developers Console and create a new application (Add new app).
2	Upload installation file (APK/XAPK/MOD…) and enter metadata: app name, package name, version, size, supported devices, category, and developer.
3	Add ASO content: detailed description (≥200 words), screenshots (≥3 high-quality images), video, and clear icon.
4	Submit for review to send for moderation.
5	Internal MODLegen review: VirusTotal scan (>70 engines), digital signature verification, and content criteria evaluation (anti-malware, anti-fraud, anti-copyright infringement…).
6	Decision: Approved → Waiting for publication → Published; or Rejected (requires edits and resubmission).
7	Post-publication: App goes live on MODLegen; team can add articles/photos/videos/translations; developers manage stats, updates, and user feedback.
